"Good location with reasonable walk to old town and easy public transport, approx 10min to the train station and airport bus stops. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water, good breakfast choices. I would not bother with a balcony unless travelling in the summer, the view is limited. Took our own kettle but drinks are available in reception. "

"This is the best hotel in Salzburg. It’s next to the bus station and main train station! If convenient is what you want, this is the place to go! 😊 the breakfast is good and the staff “Oswald” that’s her last name, was awesome! She made us feel welcomed every morning for the whole week. "

"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. "Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"We had a great time staying at Trend Salzburg. We were able to check in very early because we took an early train overnight and arrived early. We were very impressed that we could check in and have a shower and freshen up before we started the day. Staff were very friendly."
