"What a great location!! Easy to walk to all the wonderful sites. Staff were very helpful, check in a breeze as was check out. Room was a great size. The room was very warm even though we turned the heat right down, was great that the window was able to be cracked open. Good gym with a lovely view. Would stay again"

"Good location with reasonable walk to old town and easy public transport, approx 10min to the train station and airport bus stops. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water, good breakfast choices. I would not bother with a balcony unless travelling in the summer, the view is limited. Took our own kettle but drinks are available in reception. "

"I absolutely loved the place. Please read and choose if that sounds right for you, because it is special. 1. Late arrival is served with easily accessible keys, and a lot of sms, so you can’t miss it, even if you want. No people to talk to (no offence)- you just enter like you enter your home. Silence and privacy. 2. Rooms aren’t big, but obviously planned by someone who thought about it. Comfy, I’ve got everything I need at my arm length. Puffy towels, coffee machine, wine glasses, heater....

"Amazing stay. Best way to see Hallstatt is to spend the night. That was you get the evening and early morning with the town before the boat traffic begins. It was me and maybe 4 other people on the streets in the overnight hours."

"Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants neaby. The hotel bar has great drinks and atmosphere. If your too lazy to leave, they also have great quick bites. The rooms are very clean and offer excellent amenities. The biggest 5 star rating about this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Very helpful and really nice to talk to. "Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. "We had a great time staying at Trend Salzburg. We were able to check in very early because we took an early train overnight and arrived early. We were very impressed that we could check in and have a shower and freshen up before we started the day. Staff were very friendly."

"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "
