"We stayed here 7/8/24 for our 8 days for our honeymoon, and this place is Elite! We got the full board package which is well worth the price. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff is top tier always wanting to help and make your stay the best experience. Their staff moto is to give you the Holiday that they would like to experience. The food is amazing, I'm pescatarian and they had plenty of food options every day. I'm looking forward to visiting again."

"The hotel grounds and greenery were extremely well kept up. The buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was basic but internet was reliable. Television was mainly German with some Greek channels which makes sense as the majority of the guests were older Germans. The pretty beach was very accessible and swimmable,got lounger with no problems each day. Negatives- horrible smelling cleaning products used especially the lobby...

"We loved our stay at Creta Palace, it was our honeymoon and the hotel so kindly upgraded us to a family suite on arrival which was beautiful. The facilities are great and perfect for our 2 year old, she loved the pool and beach. The staff were so kind and friendly - thank you so much for making it so special! "

"Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Private pool was fab. Not a “direct” view of the sea, but a great sea view regardless. Would stay again. Breakfast each morning was fabulous with many choices."

"Beautiful hotel located midway between Heraklion and Chania. Loved the beach and restaurant. Our room was amazing with our own pool and fireplace in our private outdoor area. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Loved Rethymno's old town which was a short cab drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe, nur die Betten sind zu weich ( aber das ist Personenbezogen). Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass der Abfluß in der Dusche sehr stark gerochen hat und das Badezimmer dabei immer unter Wasser stand. Gut gefallen hat uns allerdings, daß man sich Strandhandtücher ausleihen konnte und ein Lunchpaket für die Tagesausflüge bestellen konnte."

"All the staff are very friendly. Resort felt very safe and the dining experience was great. We're vegetarians and we never left feeling hungry. Slot has to be booked for the steam room and sauna. Which is great, as you're not then sitting awkwardly with strangers. Loved all the personal touches."

"The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. "This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). "My only gripe is that the drink situation in the buffet area. You have to find a server to get you a Pepsi. They have drink machines but keep them covered. Why? The food is self-service."

"Peaceful and gorgeous nature at its best. This was was my first time in Greece and this property will have me coming back for years. The property and beach are gorgeous. Everything is well maintained. The bubgalow room was spacious for two people. We didnt do the all inclusive but ate on the property a few times. Breakfast wasnt good but the Taverna had good and reasonably priced options. Kostas at the front desk was Amazing. He helped arrange rides, offered great suggestions and was super accommodating. I felt he wanted us to have a good trip. Loved the location . Walkable area with great food options and shops, super close to town and there is a bus stop right out front. You could stay on the property and have a great vacation or go out and explore. I can't wait to come back!"
