"Nice hotel with lovely finishes!! Staff was friendly and attentive. The pool area is large and spacious, however it feels dated. We went after dinner with two young girls and our daughters were scared 10 mins into swimming because of the wind rolling over the panel-ceiling. Just to boot, we couldn't leave when we wanted to because there was absolutely zero pool towels in the whole space; had to call the front desk and request them. Overall, we will still choose Double Tree. "

"It was a nice hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were so friendly as well as maintenance. Only major problem was we went for the pool and on our last day they did not open the pool until 6 pm. They said it was due to maintenance but not once did we see someone in there working. Some staff were confused like us as to why it was closed."

"Our stay was pretty good, except there was dead ladybugs all over the balcony and inside the door. The wifi was terrible, .8 of a megabyte was the highest we saw. The room had damage to furniture and was, the closet door was just hanging with a broken track. The pool had someone's wig hair chunks floating in it and some food that wasn't cleaned up. There would be water hoses in the pool and in the jacuzzi left on the it would over fill the jacuzzi and it was ice cold and same with the pool....
