"Our first impression of Le Carre Noir was breathtaking. The drive up was dramatic, the view spectacular. The staff were cordial but we were offered no help with our bags and the key card system was down when we arrived. The rooms were very nice and the pool was beautiful, though we never saw anyone there. "Whilst being a little out of the town, the location is super with views across the valley to the mountain range. The staff were very friendly and informative, the breakfast was excellent and our room was a good size with everything as advertised. We will ensure to stay longer next time. "

"Everything is in good walking distance and the pool was nice. Also the reception staff were really friendly and so helpful. Only complaints were the shower was half broken (probably should have mentioned it to the staff but I couldn’t be bothered) and the bed has probably been slept in by 10,000 people and needs a new mattress.
