"Paper thin walls and night club next door ! Room was basic for the price we paid. Phone not working. Very small bathroom with a nearly see through door ! The lift only goes down to the first floor - not to the ground floor. Breakfast overpriced. Only positive was the view. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. "Thé orner was vert ni ce. Just thaï in thé morning he forgot one of our requests we called him but he didi not answer his phone we left message .. no answer :( apart from that the view was amazing. Pool area was amazing. The room was ok. As long as you don't look at corner of the room on floor.. bit humid .. it need some renovation. Toilet bit uncomfortable as water level too high..."

"Firstly the location is excellent. A real prime spot. 1 minute walk to a free car park, 5-10 mins to the marina and directly on the street with all the action. The staff are all friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We were pleased to have a mini-fridge and effective air conditioning!"

"The property has lovely views and is well equipped in the kitchen with a great outdoor dining space. Having air conditioning in the house helped keep it comfortable during a particularly hot spell. The pool area is nice and whilst the pool isn’t particularly wide, it is quite long and there was adequate space for the children to enjoy it. The house was pretty difficult to locate using Google maps directions so would recommend following the detailed descriptions provided to avoid going up and down the wrong roads! It’s great being a short walk down to the beach and it’s a nice quiet location at night with no real loud or disturbing neighbours. The only real criticism we have is that it is advertised on the site as a 5 bedroom property when in fact there are only 3 true bedrooms - the fourth room is a mezzanine floor above the kitchen and lounge with a particularly low ceiling height (making it difficult for any adult to use) and the fifth bedroom is the sofa bed in the lounge which is open plan to the kitchen and dining area. We were able to make it work for our family and had an enjoyable stay, but the description should be clearer about the number of actual separate bedrooms."
