Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. "Great was welcomed and upgraded on arrival, to a room with air con, staff were very friendly and helpful, the only negative is I felt that the breakfast was overpriced, however it was presented very well and each day was a different treat. But at nearly 30 euros including tax this was a bit excessive for breakfast."
