"The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh! "

"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs.
