The stay went extremely smoothly. We checked in at 10pm and the staff in the reception went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. They had a wedding celebrations in one of their event rooms but we could not hear a thing!

Be warned - this is NOT an airport hotel or even remotely convenient for getting to the airport. It’s physically close, and only about a 15 min drive, but it is a 70 euro Uber/taxi and you have to wait 15-30 minutes to get one.

Highly recommended
Very nice hotel. We had a great time and felt a sense of luxury, but at an affordable price. We will definitely look into staying there again. Pool and playroom for the kids are plusses in any parent’s book :) The breakfast was out of the ordinary as well. Very delicious and with great variety.

This hotel is on the list of hotels near the airport, yet there are no shuttles, and public transportation to the airport takes between an hour to an hour and a half. A taxi will get you in 20 min but it costs around 60 euros. It is outside of Berlin quit a bit. Nothing around it but other hotels. Not convenient, unless you just came for a hotel stay and you have a vehicle.
