"Staff wasn’t particularly unfriendly, but not very friendly and helpful. I was denied food because my room number was not on some list until the receptionist intervened and allowed me to get something from the restaurant, which served cold plasas for 250 NLe 💸 I asked if I could pay using USD and they said yes, but wouldn’t give me my change in the restaurant, they said they would bring my change to my room, which they never did.
