"We had a great experience at Layers, from beginning to end. It was clean and comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Right off the subway exit so it was super convenient as well. We were 4 girls traveling together, we felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend."

Offered luggage storage, but when departing for a day long tour at 7:30 in the morning, the office was not open and no one seemed to be able to help me, so I had to spend extra time and money finding lockets for my luggage at the nearby train station. "This is a 3-minute walk from Busan station. You exit the station and walk over the sky bridge to the building. The directions to the building are not clear. Some step-by-step photos would have been helpful. The door was not working properly during our stay which proved to be problematic. Aside from that, we loved our unit and the convenience to the station."
