"Free parking-- helpful as this hotel is not as close to the main port shopping area as many other options and parking is rarely free or even available at many Ishigaki hotels, which we understand. The hotel was beautiful, with helpful English speaking staff who do their very best to communicate well and help in every way they can. The pool area is boisterous with many happy families, so we'd say this is a great option if you have children. The room was also incredibly clean, well appointed and surprisingly spacious with a lovely view of a garden with koi pond below. It's an excellent hotel and offers great value for money. "
