"Fantastic hotel in every aspect. Service is some of the best I have ever experienced. Everyone is genuine, personal and warm. The location is perfect for a Yantai stay. It is right next to the water and directly adjacent to the hotel is Yantai Shan. ChangYu Wine Museum and Polaris Clock Museum are all a few minutes walk away. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. "The hotel facility was clean and nicely managed. But the check in desk person hardly spoke any english. They over charge you in advace with your credit card at the check in and I think they were supposed to reimburse your money at the check out. I didn't get reimbursed yet and it has been already 5 days. The counter person didn't speak any English when I was checking out so I got the receipt and decided to wait. And I am still waiting..."
