"The location is very convenient in accessing to shopping, foods, other things. The spa is good and included. Hotel foods are tasty with a good amount of choices, but almost the same dishes everyday. The breakfast has a late close at 11:00am. That’s good. However, the staff are not so patient and will rush you out at 11am. I often stay for 10-20 days and a few times a year. "Love my stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful with many little perks such as tour guide book recommendations and tips on getting around the area. The interior is beautiful with large windows that offer a great view into the heart of Tainan."

"I stayed in a basic double room, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a little old and dark, but it wasn't a problem if you just wanted to take a shower. In the evening, simple breads and other snacks were available at the front desk, which was nice. The buffet had a wide variety and was very delicious. It's close to the station, so you don't have to worry if it suddenly starts raining. If I go to Tainan again, I'd like to stay here again."
