"Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected. However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this."

"We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was large and very clean and pleasant. "It was a nice stay, helpful staff, and I enjoyed the food around the restaurant. I met a group of Chinese employees of an energy company, who helped in the translation process. They invited me to dinner with them, and the day after I took them out. We became friends. Don't hesitate to mingle with locals. The best food is in native restaurants. I truly had the best meal ever in China in my last two visits (one month), in Yinchuan at a Hui Halal Food. "
