"Samara was the ultimate in a guest service / front desk position. She engaged my grandson and made him feel important at this "way high up hotel"! Theres more to say, but suffice it that she was WONDERFUL!"

"The staff is super friendly and helpful, they make me feel like I am always welcome. The location is nice, very close to the Pioneer Square light rail station and also just by the piers. I walked to the Smith Tower, the Aquarium, the Public Market, and the King Street Station. Breakfast buffet is decent. The lobby area is hearty. The room is a blend of future with a sprinkle of essential on top of it. What you get is a safe haven that give you a place to rest in between your urban exploration. "

"It’s a great property but the neighborhood is extremely noisy. Hard to sleep with the constant street noise, trucks, emergency vehicles and just plain weirdos who are out on the sidewalks yelling at cars."
