"The facility does not have enough parking spaces and we got to know this until we arrived. We had have to park on the street in front of the hotel and had no idea where to offload the luggage. Only after checked in we get the information from the hotel staff. Not a great choice if traveling with a vehicle."

"Hotel is in the center of town, great location. Room is spacious with a couch and cable Tv. Only problem is wifi can be iffy, but in general is a a great place to stay in Dunedin. Good bathroom and shower, would stay there again "

"Property in a very good location and fairly easy on street parking (at a cost). The room in the attic was nicely finished but (as we were warned) had no windows and just a skylight which did feel a little claustrophobic. It also had the smallest fridge I have ever seen - could have done with something larger (there was the room for one)"
