"I can’t say enough nice things about the front desk receptionist. I needed a phone charger and she gave me terrific directions. The area is lovely and I felt very safe. When I returned, I was greeted with a big smile and she asked me about my shopping experience. Being away from home and working, her comments were just a nice touch and made me feel like a special guest. Also, hundreds of kids on their DC class trip and the hotel did an excellent job of handling the masses. The bartenders were also terrific and the corn chowder was delicious. I plan to return in July for a Whote House tour and will be staying there with my family. Super clean too and quiet. "
