In the room it was spacious and well presented. Only concern I had was one staff member was a bit rude and brief when dealing with them. All other staff were fantastic and helpful. Short walk to train and shops which was very convenient. Accommodation was clean and presentation of rooms was lovely. The staff were friendly and polite. We would definitely stay at Holiday Inn Parramatta again 😀 "
