Evening menu had plenty of choice, staff were friendly and food was very good but service was really slow: 45 minute wait for main course alone. Would stay again though. "Lovely Hotel and the staff were wonderful. We were visiting friend's for the weekend and the hotel was very convenient for us to see them. We chose the hotel because of the location near our friends village, its a great hotel but not somewhere I would choose to stay otherwise as the location meant going everywhere in a car and the surrounding roads were very busy and noisey. "Overall great stay, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Found us a table in restaurant whilst event was on which was very nice. Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Room was clean just a bit tied around the edges, small older tv. "

"We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable. We used the leisure facilities in the morning which open at 7. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were relaxing. I hope to go back and spend a couple of nights. "

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Only one person on the reception desk who was on the phone so had to wait a while to check in. Was told it was room only despite my insistence that breakfast was included. Eventually she found the booking and agreed that breakfast was included By this time, there were several couples waiting to check in. Our room was in a separate annexe which was lovely but unfortunately the walls between the rooms were very thin. We had several people trying our door....

"A beautiful country hotel in a good location with parking. The room was spacious and there is an espresso machine along with fresh milk and complimentary drinks. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious. "
