Dies wollte ich gegen ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen getauscht haben. Nett nachgefragt und ohne Probleme in die 6. Etage gewechselt. Das Zimmer sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar mit echten Blunen. Im Bad kein Rost, keine Schimmelbildung in den Fugen, obligatorisch Duschbad und Schampoo, sowie Seife und Lotion. "As a regular business traveler to Europe, this property feels more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. Older, a bit run down hallways, elevators, and rooms. Both elevators broken while I was there, key card magnets were flawed. Had some other issues, and the manager responded well. Overall it was okay, but the 4 star expectation/price didn't match the experience. "
