"Room was very nice, including robesn heated towel bar, upscale shower. Property had hot mineral pool and heated pool. Facility was in multiple buildings. It is near Eat Street with lots of restaurant options, but one open bar had loud music until midnight."

"Nice, cute place and very clean. Friendly staff. Love the fact that you can have your very own outdoor hot tub if you book a room on the first floor. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open as it is still in the process of being approved by the council. The nearby cafes make up for it. Perfect place to stay as it is only 15 minutes away from the Redwood Forest and 20 to 30 minutes away from the geothermal sites south of Rotorua. "

"The hotel was in a good spot for all ages, with some of the main attractions in the area and not to far either. Main town would be a 10 minute drive. The hotel it's self was good, clean and just what you need for a good night rest if traveling through."

"Though it clearly is a bit run down, especially in the geothermal rooms, and some of the space is tight, we enjoyed the enthusiasm of the welcome, the convenience of the location, and the outdoor pool. We were very happy that they were so invested in recycling!"
