"Friendly staff, and conveniently located for a conference I was attending nearby, but the rooms overlooking the road are very noisy and exceptionally hot."

"Lovely hotel very close to the Uber arena and music hall. Lovely, helpful staff and excellent breakfast options. It's a shame the rooftop isn't open on Sundays , especially in nice weather, so we didn't get to experience this. I also think it would be nice to have 2x of each complimentary drink if 2 people have booked the room? Would strongly recommend this hotel still!"

"Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "
