Was advise that it was all well and fine. Only to be a matter of he said she said. So pretty heart breaking as I’m a young and vulnerable woman who has escaped domestic violence and financial abuse to only have been put in the same situation??"

"Massive rooms, very clean, convenient area near airport, about 25 dollars in an Uber, thirty five minutes by tram from city centre. Late arrival after reception closed worked well but instructions could have been clearer. Otherwise all very good."
