"We got to the property early and asked for early check-in. Sabrina was fantastic! She did accommodate us and above and beyond our expectations! We managed to get in a hike of over 3 hours despite the rainy weather with rest before and sauna afterwards! What a great way to start our trip across Austria and Northern Italy! "Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or...
