" My stay at the leads hotels was luxurious and comfortable. The manager went far and beyond to ensure that my stay was excellent. The food was 10 out of 10 and so was the interior of my room. Great finishes, very clean and well sanitized, well stocked at themini bar. The bath products provided were aromatic and added to my relax. I highly recommend this property when seeking a relaxing luxurious experience in Freetown. "

"I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. I had bought some spare myself to ensure that I didn’t really run out. Such a small thing and it didn’t spoil my stay but it does seem an unnecessary issue. Otherwise, I’m still very happy with my stay and will be coming again."
