"I found the Palmetto very quaint and comfortable. The staff members were very pleasant and engaging. Didn’t mind not having a microwave in our room. However, I found the absence of a refrigerator in our room inconvenient, as the hotel has neither a restaurant or snack kiosk. At a minimum I believe a microwave in the lobby for quest, and a snack kiosk would prove to be an asset for all."
