"Good hotel. Straight across the road from Hauptbahnhof and different tram rotues. Rooms were good. Balconies (although we didn't use them) were a surprise. Perhaps not the hotel's fault but one of the lifts was out of action for two days. Long walk to the 7th floor. Reception was very busy when we came to collect our luggage when leaving hotel."

"A short walk from the airport. Very convenient for a stay during an overnight layover. The room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was incredibly spacious, with a separate toilet room. The check-out process was easy: simply drop the key card into the designated box in the lobby. I would happily stay here again."

"Great location and lovely property. There was one man on reception on check in who wasn’t friendly, I’d gone on the trip to practise my German and upon check was told he had a headache and didn’t want to speak German or help and to just speak English. But he was very rude about it, all the the staff were extremely friendly and nice apart from the one person.
