"The staff were freindly and helpful, our roo. Was large, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning. The hotel was on the outskirts of Vienna ehich is normally serviced by a direct train and easy to get to, unfortunatelythere were works on the line duringour stay, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. Its opposite a large shopping park that is on foot. Overall we were satisfied with our stay."

"Hotel itself was top - just as described. Room was large enough, bed new and it was quiet. Staff were nice. The area surrounding is a series of massive outlet shops and the Westfield shopping centre. Tram is the only public transport into the centre and the station lies outside of the central Vienna fare zone. "

"It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "

"An excellent option if you have a rental car and use as a hub. Metro station is 15 minutes away and can use the park and ride garage, alternately you can drive into Vienna in about 30 minutes but risk hitting traffic and paying more for parking. Food at the hotel was real good. "

No air conditioning, we couldn’t even open the window because of huge black bugs. Safe in the room was out of order ( probably low battery). Fridge cabinet was empty. Nice hotel but weak management. "Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, um Wien kennenzulernen und in der Gegend zu radeln und zu wandern. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Christa" war dafür der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Duschkopf spritzt in alle richtungen, die Leitungen sind sehr laut beim duschen, der Spülkasten im WC füllt geräuschvoll ca. 2min lang... "
