"Loved our stay. Very quiet and close to Franz Josef shops although need a car to get there. Parking was excellent (next to the unit). Facilities were excellent - we made use of the washing machine and drying racks. Lots of info available at reception for things to do in the area. "Friendly staffs and owners. The owner hosted a free glowworms tour every night in the forest beside the lodge. He’s very experienced and also told us many fun facts on glowworms. Overall a clean lodge at a very convenient location. The only small downside is the stove for cooking in the room is not very strong, so it might take awhile if you want to do self-cooking. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this place when they visit fox glacier. "
