"Stayed for one night whilst going to the football match as part of a longer trip. Hotel is in a good location staff were friendly, room was clean so no complaints "

"Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. The breakfast was epic and the character met was fun. There was lots of little details in the room. Comfy bed. Easy access to the park and early access. The east side of the hotel is close to a very busy road which is either a good or bad thing depending on whether you like a gentle traffic hum at night or not. The only big downside is that you dont' access via the front of the theme park which means you don't see the awesome park entrance."
