"This was the second occasion we visited this hotel prior to getting the ferry in Santander, which is a short 17 mins drive away. We found the hotel extremely well run by very friendly staff and, fortunately for us, all the reception staff spoke very good English. Our booking included a continental breakfast, an optional extra for an evening meal was an open buffet. This was very reasonably priced with a wide choice, and we would thoroughly recommend it. "A lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. Reception staff were excellent and check in and out very smooth. The room was small and with a small window but with a good view. Unfortunately the aircon was blowing hot but this was quickly remedied once reported. Cafeteria was superb for dinner outside."

"The property is an old mansion turned in the hotel. Location is terrible in the middle of nowhere, the restaurant is nice, downstairs sitting area is nice, but… no elevator, it’s dark to get up the wooden stairs and you have to look for switch to continue the climb. The room is small, sparse and stuffy. No screen on the window , so when we had to open the window in order to breathe, we were bitten by mosquitoes. I didn’t sleep at all. No coffee station or kettle in the room. Wasted money"
