"This property was nice but we were charged 100,000 VND for getting juice on a face cloth. Could have came out with washing. We were told that they tried to clean it and couldn’t which is why were charged, but this was false as the towel never left our room."

"Every aspect of this hotel was perfect and you can tell the staff and caretakers of the property take pride in it. The facilities were great, room was very comfortable and the surrounding area was very walkable and an activity in itself. The welcome drinks, crystal sauna, and freebies the hotel offers is unbeatable. Id reccomend this to anyone, but especially families. It’s super friendly and accomodating to all age groups. "

"nice hotel, friendly staff in a really good location for the price. showers could do with a good clean/refurb - black mold on the shower heads is straight up unhealthy/gross and is very easy to see. apart from that it was a great stay"
