"Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm."

"We booked as 2 families with small children.. We booked 9 months in advance. We were given rooms on different floors. They were not interested in helping to overcome. A coach arrived when we were trying to book in. A line up of over 60 people with 1 person on reception. Spoke to manager in morning. Probably the rudest manager I’ve dealt with. "Free parking on public highway is congested. Private, open air car park is a long way from hotel itself. Front apartments overlook superb marine view. Food in cafe and restaurant was good. Reception staff could be more welcoming. "
