Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"

"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. "The location and views of the Villa Volpi are breath-taking. If you are looking for a quiet place to recharge this is the one. The pool was well maintained and the kids loved it. The room was very spacious and clean, but some upkeep is needed. The shower is wood panelled and the wood was all mouldy in the corners. Most light bulbs in the property were not working and would need changing. This was particularly annoying in the bathroom, where only 1 of 4 lights was operational. The big downfall...
