"Chalet simple mais joliment décoré, confortable et avec de beaux volumes. Nous y avons passé 10 jours fin aout - début septembre 2024. La cuisine est agréable et bien équipée nous y avons fait plusieurs repas. Le chalet est isolé dans la forêt. La première maison se trouve à environ 500m, tranquillité garantie. La station de Val di Luce est à un peu moins d’un kilomètre. En saisons on y trouve des restaurants, un petit magasin et un centre SPA. Hors saison tout est fermé et les premiers...

Der Pool ist 5 Minuten Fußweg bergab, der Whirlpool stinkt und verleidet das einsteigen. Der Strom fällt regelmäßig aus. "We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Collemandina. The property was in excellent condition and Leonardo was very helpful with the check in process and also when we didn't have any hot water. The location is very picturesque and quiet. The only downside is that it is a little isolated. There is a restaurant near the property but it is probably a 20 minute walk up steep roads. We were very reliant on using the car to get everywhere when ideally there would be some amenities a little bit closer."

"Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"
