"The only complaint is that the room was stifling. We addressed this issue multiple times but without redress. We had to open the windows to get some relief but then it got way too cold. Otherwise, all was well, we were extremely close to the airport though far from the city which was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part and the breakfast was adequate and tasty."

I didn’t like that rooms are located next to outdoor exits and easy enough for people to access even though they are located. It is a little ride to the hotel from the highway. "Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, and across the road from the ferry port, making it super-easy to visit the Borromeo Islands and even Switzerland! The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. What was particularly nice was the free coffee bar in the lounge and the "sweetie bar" in reception, and the welcome drinks & nibbles were an exceptional touch. Everything is within close walking distance, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés. Would definitely stay here again."
