"The rooms are well furnished although a little small. Good closet space for longer stays. The hotel has free coffee,tea and water stations both in the lobby and on the ground floor of the new building. The restaurant serves a great breakfast with fresh fruit, egg varieties, cheeses, and fresh baked bread of high quality. Dinner wasn’t that appealing as the price was quite high. We went downtown for dinner "

"Nice cozy hotel in town centre - short walking distance to main square, shopping street and two Gothic churches (seemingly always closed)…. Excellent rich breakfast, but ONLY till 9:30 sharp. What a pity. Sewage smell in our bathroom (114) should be fixed. Comfy bed! 👌 Nice small wellness (extra payment). Easy parking."

"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect beach acces, great view of the belt...

"Such a cute and peaceful property. When I booked I only saw pics of the room, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the courtyard was. The outside of the building looks original and well maintained, while the inside looks like a brand new hotel room. I appreciated the games provided including giant chess, ladder golf, table tennis, air hockey, and table football. Note that linens are not included but can be rented; and check in is from 15:00 to 17:00; so plan accordingly. "

"We stayed at this hotel for a friend's 70th birthday party that was being held close by. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant could use some additional staff at dinner time but my overall experience was good."

"First of all, the waterfront location is second to none - one of a kind. The view over the fjord towards i.a. the lights from Holbæk city. The service is top notch. The restaurant too. And the breakfast inviting and tasty. Local products in both the kitchen and among the drinks in the restaurant. See you again. As soon as possible. One note: very, very friendly prices, in general. "Endnu et godt ophold på Svanegården. Der er lige præcis det der skal være, ikke mere eller mindre. Fine værelser, hyggelig opholdsstue med Danmarks bedste snack buffet! OBS: Der er ingen morgenmad, men der er fine chokoladeboller, frugt og kaffe i snackbaren, som ganske fint kan gøre det ud for morgenmad. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. "

"Well situated near shops, restaurants and supermarkets The hotel was being renovated, which is why it left 3-4 stars. The room was fine., vegan breakfast items were available. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again"
