"Mgr or owner did not speak English (even though adverstised at Eng speaking), only German, and was incredibly rude. The AC in my room was not working and I could not find her (owner) anywhere. I had to call expedia mulitple times to get in touch with her. She ignored me 3x re: AC, instead showing me how to operate it on the one in the 'lobby'. I tried to tell her each time that it wasn't working. She would then disappear again. FINALLY, after expedia spoke to her, she came up to my room to fix...

"We stayed for 3 for our 25th wedding anniversary. It is in a good location at the end of the promenade, the hotel itself is clean and the staff helpful. The only small issues were, getting a lounger in the pool area is tricky, and the airconditioning unit in our room could not cope with the heatwave and could not get below 25 degrees, however the staff provided a large fan the following day, which helped cool things down to 22 degrees."
