"We stayed with friends for 1 weeks to enjoy the Split area and Dubrovnik area . The appartement was very nice and pleasant ; everything was perfect and super clean . Beds were very comfortable ! "It did not look like the pictures. The pictures showed it to be modern, bright and cheerful. It was not. The pots still had grease on them. No coffee pot. No coffee or tea provided or shampoo or shower gel. It was supposed to be near airport. It was not. It was supposed to have free airport shuttle. It did not. The immediate area was full of graffiti. The backyard was unkempt. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

"Het was een 6 persoons huisje maar hadden maar 3 glazen en 4 eetkamerstoelen en op het balkon maar 2. Schoonmaak benodigheden waren er niet , alleen een stoffer en blik. Specifiek gezocht naar een huisje met wasmachine maar deze zat in een ander gebouw waar ja alleen bij kon als de schoonmaakster er was en die was er niet elke dag en alleen in de ochtend , super onhandig. "Such a beautiful trendy spacious apartment located across from the ocean . About 8 mins drive from city Center so it is a little quiet and further away from the crowds . The manager Vinko is very helpful. We had issue with our TV and within 10mins he can by and fix it . Would totally recommend! "

Was difficult to find apartment originally as it is not very well marked and the gps took us to a slightly different location. But luckily locals are friendly! Overall very cute accommodation! "

"Personal communications with Ivan both before and during our holiday were of a huge benefit, as his knowledge of the local area and activities helped us to plan out and make the most of our trip. "We, 3 people, stayed 4 nights in the Panoramic-balcony-ocean view Apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning, the apartment was very comfortable with nice interior, the WiFi and the AC worked great. The whole complex was kept spotless by 2 friendly, service minded hostesses, Iva and Anamarija. The pool was supernice and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. It’s 5-10 minutes to the beaches and restaurants. This place is highly recommended by us and we would love to come back!"
