"The location was good. Walkable to Nieves where there’s a selection of shops ( need to buy water) or ferries to Tenerife. Parking on the roads nearby, no difficulties with that. Nice pool and adequate gym. Spa nice and recommend. The sofas and carpets need replacing, they look old and not very clean now. Otherwise rooms clean and bed comfortable. Good shower. "This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "

"This is an older property but has a lot going for it! (We had low expectations due to some of the reviews) but were actually pleasantly surprised. Hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants. It’s quiet and yeh rooms are comfy and spacious ( if a little dated) but extremely clean really comfortable beds. Good shower and bathrooms too) there is a mini fridge and a hairdryer and you can also get beach towels at reception for a €10 euro deposit....

"Convenient location, modern, clean and very spacious. It is very loud on Friday/Saturday night until 01:00 or later. It would have been nice if the property had thicker curtains in the lounge area for more privacy. I would stay again at Gran Marina, I highly recommend the accommodation. "
