"We went after New Year so it was less people. Its a good thing and also bad since their buffet was closed down one morning and we got ala cart menu. The restaurant food was good not excellent but expensive for Vietnam. The service wasn't minimal for low season days but then weekend with more guests they were more attentive. Massage was below average for what we paid for. We thought it was a high quality spa but unfortunately the masseuse weren't well trained."

"Brand new hotel, beautiful contemporary decor. Room are not huge but enough. Comfortable good support mattress and crisp white sheets. "The hotel was old, given a damaged wire hair dryer, when plug in whole room black out, called the front office and maintenance takes 10 minutes before they come to your room to fix it. I stayed there for 4 nights and they never change the bed sheets, pillow case and it stinks, always need to put a towel over my pillow case. Never vacuum or mop the floor.
