When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. "The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish).
