"What a wonderful place this is.We had an apartment 206.Fully equipped with everything we needed.A beautiful view .Lovely views around the bar near the swimming pool.The staff here were excellent,nothing was too much trouble,The restaurant food is excellent and very resonably priced.SISSY IN THE RESTAURANT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND,what a wonder lady she is. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable. "Stayed here for a wedding. Our room had an enclosed patio but it opened into a corner during a large street celebration which was quite loud. I would have preferred almost any other room in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and called me when I had left a few things behind. "

"The stay was disappointing for a 4-star hotel and felt overpriced for the value and service you get. The sharp mildew smell from the kitchenette basin table top in the bedroom amd the closet behind the shower was unbearable. It seems the aircon also leaks onto the wood. The front door handle was loose as if broken before, which made us uneasy with the intense website warning of potential trespassers. Security at the entrance gate was very friendly, but didn't once scan/record a driver's/car...
