"Short walk to the House of Blues in a very safe and quiet part of the city. The hotel was beautiful and clean. And who wouldn't like breakfast and dinner with drinks included with the room stay? Food was exceptional. I will stay here any time i go to Cleveland!"

"Very lovely hotel, one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed in. BIG SPACIOUS lobby, breakfast and bar areas. Room was comfy clean and nice. Not much around the hotel as far as eateries go. Staff was welcoming and pleasant, BIG THANKS to them. "

"The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful in getting us checked in on a timely basis. This is one of the best staff I’ve encountered at Kimpton. My previous experience at the Kimpton in Atlanta was horrid when their front desk staff basically CONFISCATED my breakfast vouchers for my stay when they saw my status was merely PLATINUM.
