"This is a perfect location for those wanting to have a base and venture out and about. The rooms are perfect with tea and coffee facilities for that cuppa when you just need a drink. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom/wet room is fantastic with toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options. The hotel has a bar with a great selection and excellent prices. There is a sauna which is available to guests. Highly recommend 👌. "

"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. "The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. "Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf...
