I had to call reception to have the heating switched out as the room was a little cold when we first checked it but that was quickly resolved. "This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "

Breakfast is included and was great, Una was our server and gave us a lot of great information about the surrounding area and went to see. Lucy at check-in walked us to our room and was awesome. Bed was comfortable surrounding area outside was quiet, shopping and a nice downtown area nearby. Very walkable from the hotel. Breakfast tastes great. I would definitely stay here again"
