"Awesome place with impeccable service. The enormous rooms with 3M high windows were very impressive, as were the expansive grounds which were impeccably kept. "We were in the closest pool villa to reception. It is fantastic. Lovely rustic field. And the pool completely enclosed so you can swim happily all day. Food was excellent. Staff absolutely amazingly good. The place has been renovated back to life, but the area of sleep done fantastic and if you’ve got a pool villa, the rest of it doesn’t matter to you at all. "It’s an older property now but still has a charm about it. The staff are wonderful. When I saw the earplugs in the room I had no idea what they’re for. It’s dogs … the place is crawling with them and they howl, bark and fight during the night. Do yourself a favour a stick the earplugs in before you go to sleep!! Amed beach could do everyone a favour and introduce compulsory desexing of the dogs. Would greatly improve it as a tourist destination "
