"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. "Ein sehr modernes und hochwertiges Apartment. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei unserer Ankunft war abgestandener Urin in der Toilette sowie aus der Toilettenbrille. Dreckige Wäsche in der Waschmaschine, Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche und es lag sehr viel Staub im Appartement. Leider erreichte uns die Mail mit den Zugangscodes viel zu spät, der Code für die Parkgarage bekam ich erst sehr spät am Abend. Den Chip zum Spabereich bekommt man erst, wenn man 200 Zloty überweist....
