"In general this hotel was decent. Location was definitely a PRO. The heating and cooling was a bit off. It was hard to find that just right zone. Maybe that was due to the time of year we went (Nov-Dec). We were on higher floor and heard the rooftop music/party from 10pm-1am. After inquiring the hotel said they rent out that area and unfortunately they dont have much control what happens there from that time range. This was unfortunate because we had a young child. "We had a lovely stay at Acta the Clover! As we’ve been travelling for over 2 months, a nice hotel was needed and this was more than we needed! "I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel da Música; it's charming, well located, and staff is great. The few issues I noticed: 1) NO ONE to assist carrying bags upstairs from the street entrance to the lobby on the 1st floor. 2) Asked for room service at 8:30am, only got it after 3pm. But got a nice surprise, a staff member brought me grapes in the afternoon to the room. Sweet!"

"The staff were excellent. They noticed it was my birthday and sent a small bottle of champagne up for me. My room was lovely. It did face the train tracks and was a bit noisy, but I slept well with ear plugs. I had a very early flight and took the shuttle at 3:30am. I really appreciated my shuttle driver that morning, getting me to the airport at such a crazy hour with a smile on her face. "
